Give a person a fish,
or teach them to fish.
We do both.

We pair deep method with a wide network of specialists, brought to the table for your question, your context, your budget, and your constraints. When the work is done, the capability stays with you — and the calls stay yours to make.

Right-Sized

Five Pathways

Find the door that fits you.

Evaluation lives in every sector. Here is where most people begin.

The Non-Profit Agency

Run on grants and donor dollars? We define meaningful metrics, teach best-practice data collection without expensive platforms, sharpen grant RFPs, and build materials that move donors.

The Educator

K–12 or higher-ed professional or administrator? Reporting to a state program, onboarding something new, or guiding a re-accreditation self-study? We set you up to measure, prove, and disseminate what works.

About

M. Andrew Young

Founder & Principal Evaluator

A subject matter enthusiast for measurement, evaluation, statistics, and assessment, Andrew brings genuine rigor to questions that affect real people — across business, education, and nonprofits. His work ranges from micro-evaluations of individual courses and exams to macro root-cause analyses that reshape whole curricula.

His goal for every client is the one he held as a tutor: to work himself out of a job. SMART goals, measurable outcomes, and the skill to tell your own data story — those stay with you when the engagement ends.

Real evaluations. Real turnarounds.

A pharmacy program’s first-time licensure pass rate was falling. A root-cause analysis exposed opportunities for growth in how the curriculum was assessed.

A full curriculum revision followed — a turnaround to #1 in the state, top 5 nationally.

ESL students were four times as likely to face a dismissal or repeat-year decision, compared to their peers.

Grant-funded tutoring and language support helped them progress on par — and in some years, better.

First-generation students were leaving, lacking support to navigate financial aid and housing most take for granted.

Targeted onboarding and counseling improved retention for the students who needed it most.
